For example 5 set rollers ,6 set rollers ,7 set rollers,8 set rollers and so on.Different with some other company, our factory use cold-hard solid rollers which is very heavy. The roller is still no problem if it press some metal. It can use many years .
About fresh ripe noodle machine, the process is flour mxing -- flour aging -- dough sheet pressing -- boiling -- water cooling -- wind cooling -- vibrating -- 3 layer cooling -- cutting -- packing. This need steam boiler .
this noodle water conten is more than 80% .
