1 .Working Principle:
The intenerated films are vacuuming formed in the mould to become products needed. The process includes: sheet feeding ----- heating ----- forming ----- demoulding ---- disjoining cutting ----- stacking.
2.Characteristic:
1).Combined with pneumatic, mechanical and electric system, the machine is achieving automatic continuous working process of feeding, thermoforming, demoulding, transverse cutting and stacking etc. It adopts PLC control system to make the machine work more reliable.
2). It adopts double-row photoelectric system to control the feeding more stable and reliable, the feeding width and length can be adjusted steplessly, and it is suitable for the arrangement of different moulds, with high use efficiency.
3). Two-stage vacuum function is suitable for forming the large depth (height) products and convex-concave mould forming. Replacing of moulds is convenient and fast.
4). Adopt hollow far-infrared heating slice and equip with up and down heating system. Especial temperature control system makes heating symmetrical and can be adjusted prompt.
5). With wind cooling and water fog system, it can work continuously without water cooling system, and it is suitable for producing nonmetal mould.
6). It can improve production efficiency with double-shaft feeding, disjoining cutting and stacking.
